Some of you have had problems with the NEW MPEG-4 video formats and getting the videos to play. To ensure the most effective way to view the sites newest format.

1. Select your QT program and uninstall your old player format. this can be done in your Add or Delete programs section of your computer. (win)START- CONTROL PANEL - ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS- select the quicktime and delete.
2. visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qt/ and download the newest version of quicktime into your system. Lauch the folder and activate the installer, run as directed. Restart/Reboot and enjoy!
3. Always make sure your system http port IDs are set to allow streaming video.

   * If you already have the latest Quicktime Player installed and the movies are not playing is because you might be behind a firewall through your internet connection. Please follow the following directions to configure Quicktime. The following directions are compatible for the PC or Mac. * Open your Control Panel >Mac Control Panel is in the Apple Menu. > PC users' Control Panel can be accessed through: Start>Settings>Control Panel * Open the Quicktime Settings Icon * On the top there is a drop down menu where you should select "Streaming Transport". * There are 2 options, please select "Use HTTP: Port ID". *Close the Quicktime Menu and the video streams should work now.
